• Manage all hotel engineering operations, building structures, and critical systems including refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and life safety. • Supervise daily engineering operations, allocate tasks effectively, and maintain compliance with departmental policies, standards, and procedures. • Lead daily departmental meetings to troubleshoot operational issues and establish an effective rooms maintenance program. • Perform regular inspections of all hotel facilities to execute immediate corrective maintenance and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to keep equipment operating at optimum effectiveness. • Prepare and manage the annual operational budget, controlling utilities, controllable expenses, and the selection and procurement of new equipment and spare parts.
