Food and Beverage Manager (Urgent)

- Responsible for the overall & various operations, supervision, planning, control and coordination of Food and Beverage Service department and all activities of personnel engaged in office administration and operation of the department. - Responsible for co-ordinating all phases of group meeting/banquet functions held in the Hotel; coordinate these activities on a daily basis; assist clients in program planning, specific group requirements with the services & facilities offered and menu selection. Includes proposals, contracts, estimated and actual function statements. - Handle all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day. - Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team. - Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures. - Organizes inventory of all equipment and facilities and also ensures that they are maintained in excellent condition. - Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team - Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement to ensure that services meet customer specifications.
