รายละเอียดงาน

- Identify, develop, and secure new MICE business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, PCOs (Professional Conference Organizers), DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and travel agencies. - Understand client needs and recommend customized event solutions. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while maximizing profitability. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 2 years of experience in MICE sales, hotel sales, event management, or hospitality sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Experience managing corporate accounts, conferences, exhibitions, incentive groups, and large-scale events.

Established network within the corporate, travel, tourism, and MICE industry is preferred.

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and highly driven.
