- Best Western Nada Don Mueang Airport Hotel - Lead and oversee the overall hotel operations and daily performance. - Develop strategies to achieve business, revenue, and profitability goals. - Manage hotel budgets, expenses, and cost controls. - Drive sales, marketing, occupancy, and revenue performance. - Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally. - Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel team. Build and maintain a strong relationship with hotel owners. - Ensure compliance with Best Western brand standards and quality requirements. - Maintain health, safety, and security standards. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and hospitality industry trends.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a hotel General Manager

Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and managing teams effectively

Strong financial acumen and budget management experience

Experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies

Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance

Exceptional customer service orientation

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Proficient in hotel management software and technology

Knowledge of local regulations and industry trends
